Where is the best location for cali lillys to grow?

Question:indoors, outdoors. So Cal area...what I am looking for is how much sun, water and pot size do they need?

calli lillie's grow in shade or sun a little of both,they multiply very fast and it is best grown outside unless you dig them up out of the pot and separate them every year.2 gal. or bigger depending on you.they are a very good boarder.
