Electric range shorter than the standard 3ft height?

Question:Is it possible to buy an electric range that is shorter than the standard 3ft height?
My grandma is having a hard time as she's getting older and a shorter stove would help her alot.

You could do a custom built counter top and try home depot, Lowes or Sears and they have those just top ones which I really wish I knew the name but my friend had custom built counter top for her and her hubby since they both are tall and they have the flat electric range one with the oven seperately ... your grandmother could have it custom build and put the oven lower for her ...
