Boric acid, roaches, and some more help please!?
Question:I've sprinkled boric acid down for the roaches. I've seen some running around all dusty and some are going nuts from the RAID I sprayed and one actually bit me. If you read my other question it was because our apartment complex consists of 211 apartments, when one apartment is sprayed--the roaches go to another. What all should I do to get rid of these creeps? What are some products you've tried that actually worked? The boric acid is a gradual process I know, but I need products for places I can't dust as well, like the walls. Do the gels work for roaches? Should I use a caulking gun in some of the wall cracks? All info is appreciated. :)

i know a good product=The Department of Health and Safety
you should put like 20 roach hotels where the roaches mostly go. Trust me they eill be caught. i know from experience.
wash your wall down with anything that lemon smell and also moth flakes sprinkled around edge of room by the base boards helps they will not cross over the smell plus make sure you keep house extra clean
MOVE OUT
At all cost, get out of there. There are at least 3 known lung diseases in young children suspected to be caused by Roaches. If you have young children you are endangering their health. And you, yourself, may be also endangering your health.
Dont take any chances, you cannot get rid of roaches on your own in an apartment complex. Simply impossible.
Unfortunately, you are fighting a losing battle, if the pest control company is not treating in a tic tac toe format.
If the roaches are that bad, you have 2 choices:
Live with roaches
Move
Now, you can caulk any and all cracks around doors, cabinets etc. This will limit the amount of harborage (living spaces) the roaches will have.
You need to contact your landlords and have the professionals take care of it. I have seen traps and the gel work well in an apartment building I once lived in, but I only ever saw two roaches. But really, I don't think any homemade remedies will work, you need the big guys with the big guns. You also shouldn't be buying any of this expensive stuff, the landlords should be covering it all. Good Luck!
