How can I get rid of ants inside my house?

Question:We have cleaned & we have sprayed but they just seem to keep coming back in the kitchen & bathroom & anywhere. Any ideas?

Answers:
combine equal amounts of boric acid powder and powdered sugar. Mix in enough water to make a watery paste. Put the paste into low containers, lids from margarine tubs or sour cream lids or baby food jar lids work best. Set it (away from kids and pets.while it isn't deadly, you don't want them eating this) in the path of the ants. Then let them take the bait, without disturbing them, for as long as they will continue. They will take it back to the nest and the whole colony will be gone then. Boric acid can be a bit tricky to find, but this works WELL.

call an exterminator.
buy ortho ant killer use blech or amonia near windows and doors
ant traps and some kind of barrier on the out side of the house..it work for me..go to walmart they got the stuff in lawn and garden..good luck..worst case scenario you can always eat the ants...
My husband started to use amona around outside the house. We had a big problem for two or 3 years. Now I have not seen them in my house for two years. I dont even see them outside around my house.
