Friend of mine moved into a new apt with bedbugs?

Question:She called a pest control place ( not sure what one) but we are looking for other means of her to get rid of them. Anyone know if boric acid works?

Call Terminix or Orkin & they will get rid of the bedbugs for good. Her clothing or any bedding she may have brought with her needs to be washed in hot water & Clorox when possible. If she brought along any bed pillows, throw them out.
