they are a scam, walmart sells them but they dont work. even truck stops sell them, they are called deer whistles

If you mean the antlers ? ... absolutely not .. you can buy them .. but there not stupid enoughh to mistake your car or bike for another deer just because it has a pair of antlers strapped on it.
There are whistles you can buy and attach to your car that whistle at a frequency irritating to the deer (when your moving fast enoug) .. maybe that's what you meant

I don't think they will work. Where I live moose are always stepping in front of cars and nothing works. Of course I know deer are different animals than moose but i don't think any type of noise will help.
