well, they must think it is their home now or there is a reliable food source that keeps them there. you need to call a professional exterminator or you can try and get seriously bit. Racoon have an incredibly high rate of rabies. Traps usually do not work so you need to make their home a nasty place filled with noise and smoke they just hate. Please let a pro do it. I do not want to know you tried something I recommended and got hurt because you listened to me and did not hire someone. These animals are no like other pest animals. Be careful.

first off racoons are very dangerous my teacher used to fed racoons and they wouldn't leave her alone, so if you dicourage them like locking or closing your house up and garbage they will leave you alone and if not call animal control

You can get a live trap and catch them. then haul them many miles away from you and just hope they don't find their way back. You need to use sardines to bait the trap with.
There's a website that sells . well basically it's mountain lion peepee. You squirt it around the yard of your house, especially near the areas you've spotted the little bandits, and it's supposed to scare them off. Because lions eat raccoons, doncha know.
Call Animal Control to catch and remove the animal.
