Has anyone bought or seen an air conditioner that works with crank out windows?

Question:My townhouse was built in the 80s when crank out windows were the thing. I only have crank outs in my main living space. I can't put a portable A/c in them and I'm not aloud to have A/C that goes past the window casing. I heard there might be a/c that don't go past the screen. Any thoughts?
