Any recommendations for midlevel cookware? ($100-200)?
Question:There's like stainless steel, nonstick, anodized/aluminum, etc. Not sure which to go with or a combination...
My bf just got a house and I would like to get him a decent cookware set. Thanks!

For ease of cleaning, a good quality nonstick is always safe. For your price range, you should be able to get a decent Circulon set. They're nonstick, reliable and last well as long as you use nonstick-friendly utensils and clean it with non abrasive cleaners. Anolon brand is also good. Your basic set should include:
* 1.5 Qt. Covered Saucepan
* 3 Qt. Covered Saucepan
* 8 Qt. Covered Stockpot
* 8" Open French Skillet
* 10.5"/4 Qt. Covered Sauté
Or:
- 1-qt. covered saucepan
- 2-qt. covered saucepan
- 3-qt. covered casserole pot
- 5-qt. covered Dutch oven
- 8-in. fry pan
- 10-in. fry pan
Always check for quality, weight, stay-cool handles etc. Places like Macy's, Kohls, JC Penney should be a good resource. Online you can go to: amazon, ecooking, etronics and the like.

Wolfgang Puck and Rachael Ray both have some pretty decent pots and pans out right now. I like Rachael's because they are oval and have orange silicone hand grips. Very trendy.
