I need the flies out of my yard?

Question:im am in desperate need of some information .i have a rabbit in my back yard and the flies are swarming the poop and i have lost 2 rabbits in previous years to flystrike .ok this is what i want to know .1 is if i clean up the poop in my yard and my rabbit has poop stuck in her fur on her rearend will the flies go to that cause i took away the other food source .
2 where do the flies go at night i can never find any in my yard on the walls or anywhere else .
3 i cant find any larva anywhere in my yard not on the poop or under or in the garbage cans where are the flies coming from .
4 is their anything i can use to get rid of the flys that wont harm my rabbit or my land turtle they both eat the grass

Frogs and venis fly traps both eat flies. They also sell Fly traps and fly strips.
