Where's the best place to find a home in America?
Question:I'm looking for a place where its not too cold or windy, no tornadoes or flood, less risk of earthquake faults, lots of places to fish, friendly neighborhood, low crime rate and not too expensive property rates.

Research various townships in the Sussex county portion of Delaware. Safe, no state income tax, no sales tax, & low property taxes. Great fishing, not too cold, very friendly. Check it out.
