Growing Watermelons Out Of A 5 Gallon Bucket?

Question:I wanted to know is it possible or probably to grow a nice size watermelon for human consumption out of a 5 gallon bucket. I'm to to try and attempt this.
Also is it possible to grow nice sweet watermelon from the seeds of a nice sweet watermelon?
Lastly, is there anything you can do the help the melon in developing a nice sweet flavor.
Any advise about the matter is good advice.

Answers:
Last time I had a garden, my instruction book said to plant watermelon with about a five foot radius. I don't think a 5 gallon bucket is going to do the job.
