Either scoop it out with your hands from a ladder or install the Gutter Helmet or another version like it. It makes a small cup over your gutters so leaves can't fall in the gutters leaving no clean up. They work very nice but are pretty pricey to be installed. Depends on how bad you dislike cleaning gutters.
Ladder and start scooping.Or,hire a yardman to do it!
When I clean gutters I usually do it on a ladder(securely anchored) and hang a 5 gallon bucket off it to throw MOST of the debris into . Wear gloves to ensure you don't cut your hands ,get gunk under your finger nails ,and so you aren't afraid of touching the debris. Attach a garden hose to the ladder to rinse what you might have missed or use it to flush a gutter that doesn't have a bunch of of debris in it . Improvise!!!! if you have to !!!
Best thin I have found is a good leaf blower (Gas preferable)
