Cockroaches! Yuck!?
Question:Does anyone know of any cleaning chemical that can be used to clean out cabinets and such that may help repel cockroaches? I use baits, and they help, but does anyone know of anything else? Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!

Tarnish remover. get the most powerful kind and spray it where needed. It will burn your hands if the chemical touches them so wear gloves.
It's expensive but youre going to have to get an exterminator. If you live in an apartment, or rowhome, or even a duplex where as you are connected to someone else, make sure they do as well. If only you do, the cockroaches will flee your residence, go to theirs, and in a few weeks be right back in your kitchen. Disgusting... :(
My Grand mom used Boric acid... she would put it around the edges of the cabnits and walls. she lived in pa. back in the day. It works for ants too. try it, it works.
You can install a small electric lamp (preferably white or yellow color) which remain switched on 24 hrs. Sure it would repel cockroaches. Cockroaches hate light and it also affects there mating habits. They usually prefer living in dark corner of house. If its your kitchen then in addition to the above you may keep a small lamp switched on throughout night.
Save the money on the exterminator and do it yourself by bombing each room with a fogger can.
I don't know of any chemicals hunny, but why don't u use ur boyfriend's picture to scare them away, ha ha not funny
