Does anybody know the name of this houseplant ?
Question:found it in chinatown. The leaves are dark green and kind of oval on long stems.

could be several things. is it a long stem with several separated round leaves on either side of the stem? could be a sheffelera.
are all of the stems rising from a central point in the pot and go out with one leaf at the end? could be a calathia. best i can do without more info.
There are many kinds of plants out there that can be oval in shape. Also, it could be lots of ovals on stems that connects to each other and such if you know what I mean. I guess the best way is to give us more description to it or go to an herbal website. Descriptions you could give us is: is it an herb? and such.
