What can I use to KILL Poison Ivy plants?

Question:I have a problem with poison ivy growing along the outskirts of my property and I can't find anything that has worked well to kill it. Many products will slow its growth or kill it out for the season but it just comes back stronger the next time. Itching in Virginia
