Npower cut-off?

Question:i received a letter from npower saying they wanna enter the house and cut off the electricity. But all bills unpaid were due to ex-tennants. Will them really cut it or just try to scare me?

get in touch with Npower NOW, take the serial number of your fuel meter ,give them the reading of the meter when you first moved in along with the date,if you have the name of the previous tenant that will also help.do not delay in doing this,do it as soon as possible ,if you need any more help let me know
