Not really. You could seal all the cracks etc with 'Great Stuff' (it expands to fill crevices).

HOWEVER, I do not recommend getting rid of spiders because of what might move in...ie...the spiders might be keeping other unsavory characters at bay by eating them...such as centipedes (the real ones), flies, moths.
