Yikes, ants!?

Question:Hi. I have a few ants coming into my house. I keep eveything clean, it's just that time of year. Is there any sort of spray or anything that I can use inside the house that is safe to have around my 2 dogs?
Thanks:)

Answers:
Spray might be the best if you have animals, but you also could put some ant granuals around the outside where the dog isn't aloud. I lived in Florida for a few years, every summer we had to put some ant be gone out side, you may need to do it several times. They move from area to area as you put poison down, we didn't have animals though. Be careful anything that has posion may be harmful, even to you.

no..you go to the home store (Lowes, etc) get some OUTSIDE ant killer...put it around your house, in the yard, find the hills and make sure they're covered with the killer. They make sprays to use outside. (never use pesticide around animals.) Always read the directions...
Sprays are great for ants; outdoors, that is. A cleaner alternative for indoor usage would be to simply use a vacuum to suck in the ants.

You should also avoid having anything edible (to ants) uncovered. By uncovered I mean not airtight.
