What is the old saying about how high corn should be by the fourth of july?
Question:Has anyone ever heard that? Corn should be -----blank blank ------by the fourth of July. There are old sayings I grew up with that I can't remember anymore and this one was buggin' me. Thanks for your help :o)

definately an old saying. corn where I live is chest high already must make the seed corn much better these days.
