Carpenter Ants?

Question:Bought house 8 months ago, they sprayed and the paneling downstairs was torn out and frass cleaned out and new drywall put in. There's a rotting stump too close to the front of the house that I'm having removed tomorrow, about 4' wide fir tree that's powdering reddish with huckleberries growing out of it. I found 5 "scouts" I think in various parts of the house, the walls should be clean, what else should I do? More spraying? Thanks

I live in ANT TERRITORY...trust me, you need regular professional pest control service. Even when you don't see them anymore. I make sure they put borax in the walls too. Bleach your counters and around where your garbage is.
