Brownish Green Stems growing from celing?
Question:On the roof of my apartment the is these brownish green stems growing from the roof/celing. It doesn't look like regular mold stains.

I'd get your landlord to look at it and see what he says. If he doesn't do any thing about it I'd have some one inspect it and then see what the inspector has to say. He can tell you who to call to make a complaint.
it sounds like a fungal problem , get the landlord to arrange an inspection these problems are often caused by moisture and wood rot
if it is fungal it could pose a health risk to you and your family
