My first time growing jalapenos?

Question:What do I keep them in after slicing them up so they are always ready for sandwiches & such. Do people put them in vinegar?

Answers:
Yes, You can, Can them, consult canning manual, but if you are relating this question to otherwise, near term usage of the hot peppers, just put them into a rubbermaid plastic container with a lid, it's cheap, does'nt cost very much at all, put them into it, and then put them in the fridge, in the vegetable storage compartment of your fridge if you have one, and they will stay good for weeks.
