Has anyone had experience with Goodman heat pumps and furnaces? Share your pros and cons please. Thanks?

I had a Goodman unit installed in my home about 2 years ago and I have been pleased. To be honest with you, I'd never heard of Goodman, it was always Trane and American Standard. However Goodman must be pretty good for the company to stand behind them like they do...they come with a 10 year warranty!
