Do you think your life is good or bad?
Question:

How appropriate that I find this question at this time. This is answer number 5,000 for me on FindHomeAnswerss. Maybe it is time for some reflection.
Even on a bad day, life is very good for me. I have an extended family, some good friends, and good health. I have a job that I like, enough to eat, and a place to live. I do not take these things for granted. I feel very fortunate to have these things and realize that life might well be a lot different if I were born in another part of the world.
At the same time, I realize that being born in a country of amazing opportunity is not a guarantee of happiness or contentment. Even being born into wealth does not guarantee either of those things. In the end, it is our own endeavors, experience, and thinking that bring those joys of life.
As for FindHomeAnswerss, the biggest bulk of my answers have been an attempt to provide thoughtful, well written, and intelligent answers. The occassional feedback from Askers has been rewarding. It kind of plays into my life philosophy which has to do with, "you only get out of life, what you put into it". Sometimes it is the smallest things that mean the most. One favorable response among 50 answers makes it all worthwhile. Such is the investment in life. Sometimes the rewards are not immediately evident, but eventually they manifest themselves whether we realize it or not.
I hope you find your life to be satisfying and I wish you the best.
Good luck.
good and bad mostly bad
Mine mostly sucks.
Well I'd have to say mostly good. My son is potty training, which is frustrating, yet rewarding because he is learning and he is so proud of himself, of course so am I. I don't have much down time, but that's because I'm finally (at age 25) going to college. Thanks for asking, its nice to take stock once and awhile and count these little blessings in my life.
Life is always good, what you do with yours is what makes yours good or bad
Mine is terrible, hubby wants a divorce!! :(
Whatever you want it to be. We all stuff up but its what you do about it that counts in the long run We have the choice of moving on or wallowing in misery. Up to the individual I expect. The old saying God grant the will to change what we can, the courage to accept that which we can't and the wisdom to know the difference.
