What rights do I have to Leeds City Council Supplied Land?

Question:In 1975, planning permission was granted for a garage at my property. The planning permission was granted on the basis that the council supplied additional land to enable any cars entering or leaving the garage could do so without having to pull onto the main road.

I now plan to knock down the garage and would like to know whether I can keep the land supplied by the council and extend my garden.

Answers:
first you need permission to knock down the garage.do you own the property if so has it been fenced off for 7 years, if not its still council land you are in a word renting,if owned you can do what you like but still need permission to knock down the building, as the local planning have to alter the plans,
