Question:A spot of fly tipping at my local beauty spot i'm afraid is not an option! What about my nearest waste disposal unit (rubbish dump)? What will they charge?
Answers:
put it out side your front door with a for sale sign on it in bold,
time you wake up It will be gone....
Phone the local council and ask.
wtf did u just say
Ring your local council they usually have a collection service for large household items
Why not freecycling it? You might get someone to come take it off your hands for free!
If you ring up the local Council offices they may remove it for free. Different areas have different policies !!!
Offer it to a charity, or some homeless project.
I think it depends on your local council. We left ours in our garden for a day and someone took it! one person's trash is another's treasure...
try putting it on freecycle someone may be able to make use of it and it saves dumping it ... freecycle.co.uk .. you will have one in your town
Nothing, its household waste...or at least they didn't charge me anything in Kirkless, West Yorkshire before I moved.
You could ring Social Services - they may be able to give you the contact address/phone number of an organisation which will recycle.
Advertise on it gumtree.com their is a section where you put offer it for free or maybe sell it depending on the condition. In either case on the ad you can specify that the buyer is to collect so that you don't have to do any of the work.

Varies from council to council. Phone them to ask.
If it's old, like 1980s, the charities won't take it because it won't meet current fireproofing standards.
