Can a freezer be use as a climate system so we dont have to water the soil?

You could do that - but don't really see you getting enough water from doing such to keep anything watered to the point that you are still not going to have to water the soil/plants.

Cold air only concentrates (condenses) existing humidity. It does not 'become' moisture. ~
