Do you know anything about pottery dishes style Frankoma, pattern Wagon Wheel, color Tan?

Question:I have sugar bowl with lid, creamer, saucers, service bowl, 10" plates. Haven't found the cups yet. Are they worth anything? Have seen the green colored Frankoma in antique stores, but not this tan as my mother had.

Answers:
I collect and use Frankoma pottery, too. The best way to check the value of your pottery is the do a eBay search using the name and numbers from the bottom of each dish. That'll give you a good idea of the going rate for each item. Apparently different pieces were made from either Ada or Sapulpa clay (names of towns in Oklahoma, where Frankoma is made), and one type is more valuable than the other.

I really like my Frankoma and have gotten years of good use out of it. Good luck.
