How do I get rid of the bugs...?

Question:I recently asked a question about what tiny white bugs are in my black mulch in my garden, now I need to get rid of them. I still do not know what they are, but they don't seem to have wings, and they are barely even visible. It's not like I can just take back the mulch I already laid. How can I get rid of them?

Firstly I would go back to the place you got the mulch from and tell them, also get some advice.

But my best bet is Garlic. Squash garlic into pulp, put into a spray container, fill with water and spray your mulch.

My mum plants a bit of garlic in amongst her flowers to get rid of aphids etc.
