Are watermelon seeds white or black?

Question:i want grow watermelon and when i eat it i see black and white seeds

Answers:
The mature seeds are black. The white seeds are "imature" seeds that for some reason or another (unexplained in natuer) 35% of all seed producing species (plant animal and us!) sometimes produce what is called an aborted seed or misscarriage. They just don't develop!
