Pink Flowering Jade (Carassula pentulacea pink)

String of Hearts Vine/Heart Vine/Rosary Vine (Ceropegia woodii)

Description - Trailing stems with small, succulent, silvery heart-shaped marbled patterned leaves
Origin - South Africa
Care Tips - Water sparingly, pour off any unabsorbed water. Feed once a month. Don't let the temperature get below 15°C. Likes bright light but not direct sun. Not enough light results in poor leaf colouring and leggy growth.
