I had the same problem, just keep testing your water daily, and keep your filter running continusely for 3-4 days. It should clear up, mine did in 3 days.
Just leave it alone for a day or so, recheck and add chemicals as needed. I don't know if you've ever had a pool before, but adding chemicals and checking readings is a day to day chore you've just taken on.
Take a water sample to a pool supply house, they will tell you what is happening. good luck, better hurry, its getting hot!
Turn on the filter. Water from the hose is surprisingly dirty when in such quantities. ~
Circulate, circulate and let it circulate some more. Once you get the chems under control - you will love it! and it will be worth it. There is also "water enhancer". It comes in a 4 oz bottle and you only use 1 oz per 10K gallons. Use Bioguard chems and find a pool store that will check your water for free. You will be sparkling in about 2 days. Don't get frustrated and happy swimming!
Clean the filter good, let it circulate for a day or so, backwash thoroughly. If this fails, you might have to get a floculent. That will get rid of the particles that are too small for the filter. They settle to the bottom and you have to vacuum to waste. It uses a lot of water, but it will clear it up.
