Why is lemon juice made with artificial flavor, and dishwashing liquid made with real lemons?

LOL, because the universe has been turned upside down by consumerism! :) It's true that the acidic lemon juice can help cut grease, but artificial lemon flavoring is most likely just a cheap way for companies to sell their products without investing in the real deal fresh produce lemons which cost more. Nowadays, sadly, many companies go for cheap chemicals instead of natural, real ingredients that are better on our bodies.

I'm pretty sure the acid in lemons adds to grease cutting power, so that's why it's in dish liquid...as for the lemon juice made with artificial lemons,you got me there-no idea.
