Need help i have a problem with nats comin in my kitchen and i dont know what do do ..?

They love wine or grape juice. Leave out a little and then they will drown. Don't keep any fresh fruit in the house and make sure you are not over watering plants. They love to swim in open planters. Make sure your screens don't have holes in them and replace or repair if necessary.
One solution I have heard is to get some fruity smelling soap and put it in a glass of water. The gnats are attracted to the smell and they die in the water. Good luck.
when you have your lights on when it starting to get dark turn them off at nite. or you have some hold fruit in the house.
yes that works good but you can also try closing the door and windows
