Who do i contact about the way ive been treated regarding my electricity?
Question:having problems with my electricity supplier n power been chared £495.86 for 6 weeks 6 days of electric 2 months on the problems still not sorted. i need to know who to contact about this i know its not trading standards but i cant think who it is please help

you could try citizens advice they might be able tell you who to speak to and put you in the right direction

BEST OF LUCK.I lost £500 to British Gas last year, put a new meter in but it was faulty. Replaced it months on and how crafty.did not get refund as they had replaced the faulty meter. Was told it's in the small print and they're covered.

Contact energy watch, my mum was getting bills in for 2 address's n they sorted it! I havent got the number but contact ur supplier.they must give u there fone number, dont let them fob u off!!
