Well cleaning well i the first thing to do ,roachs are attraced to card board so get rid of that stuff if you can .boric acid is the cheapest thing you can find at any hardware store ,you would spary a fine mist of this dust all around your home in the cracks where the baseboard meets the floor, wipe up everything that is not in the crack.of course you would need to keep kids & animals away for about 30 min to be safe. also your cabinets under sinks behind mirrors, behind headbords,in door jams if possible . also lowes carrys a product made by bayer science it's the closest thing to the pros stuff it's called home defense, make sure to look at the lable for b-cyfluthrin(i think thats how to spell it).you would spray this in a fine mist all over the inside of your cabinets (make sure nothing is in there),under fridge, behind washer dryer, stove remember a fine mist is best have no one near the area for 2-3 hours to be safe. if this dosent help try again only this time use up to 10 foggers depending on the size of your home after you fog you have to clean again and wipe everything down again you would have to stay clear of the area for about 6hrs. cover anything you do not want to wipe w/ plastic.fogging would be after the previous steps (on your way out the door) this method has work for many people i know.

Have the exterminators bomb the house.
call the exterminator right away,
as long as they are still they, stay in a hotel or a friend or relatives maybe.
