How much does it cost to put in "infrastructure" for building a house?

Question:I'm considering purchasing a fairly large, undeveloped plot of land (around 16 acres) in San Diego county to build my own house. How much would it cost to put in the infrastructure for it? (e.g. electric, water, gas, sewage, paved roads)

I'm just looking for VERY approximated guesses. If someone were to tell me $1000, $10,000, or $100,000, I wouldn't be able to say which were closest to reality.

Also, what kind of time frame would we be looking at?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. If you'd like to recommend a construction company to handle this type of this, I'd appreciate that too.

Answers:
The costs on these things very greatly ,depending on your local.
Also things such as the properties accessability ,how far away the workforce needed is ,area ordinaces, local permit fees, impact fees all affect the costs.
A local general contractor will be able to give you accurate cost estimates.
Try to get 2-3 estimates, check licensing, ask for referals
