Moving into a dorm in Aug. What are some things I should buy?
Question:I know things like..Sheets,little frige, and microwave but what else?

not all of it is necessary but it does give you a starting place
Towels, wash clothes, dish towels, dishrags, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, paper plates, dish drainer, paper towels, toilet paper, some food, laundry detergent, softner, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, clothes baskets, tv, phone, radio, furniture.
I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but that's a good start. :o)
Towels, socks, underwear. These are necessities!

one set of silverware and a bowl.
A lockable trunk to keep at the foot of your bed with a good, heavy-duty lock on it!, Borrow or purchase an engraving tool and mark all of your electronic items, etc. with your Drivers License number.
You might also want one of those over-the-door organizers to put things in(they aren't just for shoes anymore!), a good wind-up alarm clock, a flashlight, your own small trash can, small picture frames or one of those larger collage picture frames and a either a small shelf unit or wall shelf to put some of your things on.
a comfortable neck pillow. a small desk lamp. clothshangers and laundry basket. a compact radio, tv, and dvd player. an alarm clock . a calendar.
art (wall art), lamps, rug, or rugs, entertainment(movies, t.v., etc.)
