I'm look at alternatives for building a house and was interested..?

Question:.in finding out more about Pre-fab houses. I would like to find out about the quality of them and who is a good manufacturer with a good reputation. Please offer any suggestions! Thanks

Some prefabs are actually stick built and you can choose what interior finishing touches you want, These are pretty nice homes, and decent quality. I would not recommend the type that are triple or double wides that are manufactured by mobile home companies. They are very poor quality and defiantly not worth the money. My son purchased one of these and everything is falling apart. Cheap interior, from the cupboards to the drywall. Electrical codes are not current , bathroom fixtures are cheap and do not wear well. They do not back up their warranties either.
