Try - Bridgestone, Dunlop or Pirelli. One of them should be able to help you out. But youll need a big table.
Go get some foam pieces from a craft store near you and make them yourself. You can make whatever you want that way and get more foam when you get sick of them. Hope this helps!
Rubbermaid is the source of all these creations and they make new types every year. SO - some are irreplaceable. I have some things that I would like to replace with exactly the same thing but cannot find them anywhere. Try their website and order them on line- or just find a substitute, which I have also done.

There were quite cheap, they come in several colours black being one of them.
