How to get rid of spiderwebs indoor on wooden beams?

Question:I have a wooden home and there are spiderwebs on the woooden beams. Brooms of all descriptions don't work, they catch the cobweb in the wood more. Vaccuming also doesn't work. Any other suggestions to get them down?

Answers:
Have you tried using a brush head on your vacuum? Have you tried dampening the brush a little? Be careful with this if your vacuum can't handle the damp.

Try spraying something at the spiders...
Those green Brillo pads maybe? Or maybe rubbing it off with apiece of rubber or a latex glove. If you get really desperate maybe duct tape. Hope this helps.
