Electric Storage Heaters (CREDA) two dials under the flap, how do these things work please?

one is for how much heat you allow to escape the other is for tempreture .


one controls the temperature of the heat and the other controls how quickly it comes out or lasts
one dial is for the input ( basically they charge up overnight?
the other dial is the output ( during the day time the let out heat and depending on where you set the dial is what time the output happens)
