How do you remove indoor/outdoor carpet from a concrete patio?

Question:I have old indoor/outdoor carpet adhered to the top of my patio from the previous tenants. What is the least expensive and most effective way to remove it?

Answers:
cut it with an exacto knife and pull it up yourself.
you will probably have to sand the glue off the wood floor, too.

OMG y would some one put a carpet outdoors. yuk. u will probably have to use elbow grease to get the carpet up and maybe something like nitromorss that will melt the glue and u will have to scrap that off then. sounds like hard work.
