Are there fire codes regarding gas grill in backyard?

Question:I live in a Philadelphia row home and heard its against fire code to have a gas grill in your back yard. Then I heard it has to be a certain amount of feet from the building. I have a tiny concrete yard. Does this mean I can't have a grill if I wanted to buy one?

Answers:
If your not sure about the regulations, you should just call the fire department and ask them. Don't base it by what you hear, just call yourself and get the facts yourself.
