Plants won't circulate the air. Open and window or turn your furnace fan on. Plants do however aid in our air intake. All plants breath in carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen. We are the opposite. We breath in oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide.
No windows? Oops sorry :) Keep the door open. Circulate with a fan. The plants still won't circulate the air as in move it around.
Plants do not circulate air. All they do, that is beneficial, is add a small amount of oxygen.
