How to thread a singer 305 sewing machine?

Take thread from spool to left hand, top clip closest to you, thread through that. Open front casing on your left, thread goes through clip on low down at the front, then up through the lever which moves up and down. Pull thread down to needle, place thread into little clip thing behind needle and thread.
