Best way to get rid of spiders is to get rid of their food source by knocking down their webs and keeping garbage thrown out (attracts flies and other flying insects that spiders love) and picking up or removing clutter which attracts spiders because of the dark spaces.
Spiders can walk through poisons without it killing them because the poisons don't absorb through their feet like it does with roaches. Residual insectides won't help you eliminate spiders.
Best way to get rid of the egg sacs is to vacuum them up or sweep them out of the spaces.
Cover your bed with something that is easily washable until you are done useing the bug bomb!
It won't ruin the bed, but I would suggest putting a plastic sheet on the bed - or are the possible spider eggs in the bed? If that's the case, then obviously don't put a plastic sheet on the bed.
