Cricket infestation! How can I get apt. mgmt. to exterminate early for the yearly cricket migration?

Question:The annual cricket infestation will be here June-November, but it is worse August-October... How can I get the unpleasant managers at our apartments to exterminate before the eggs hatch? Our complex has a huge park and bright lights so there are a TON... millions! And last year some got into the apartment! I am freaked out. We have to pass by three bright lights to get into our aparment, and these huge swarms of huge crickets fly into you! It is horrible! It is seriously like a plague... Are there any poisons I can recommend? Any suggestions?

Answers:
A very effective and natural solution are Bats. Have the manager install bat houses all around the property. Bats will eat several pounds of bugs every night. Get a book or something to learn how to attract them. Their "houses" are a very simple box that has an open bottom for entrance.
