I love it in Washington state, while we do have snow in winter, the summers are mild with low humidity, house prices are low, there isn't a personal income tax, car license fees are low. State tax rate is 8.50 % . People are friendly, not a whole lot of traffic (except in Seattle) .You can find and enjoy the lifestyle you want in Washington. If you fish or hunt we have lots of rivers and Lakes if you hunt lots of game animals and birds. We even have a covey of quail that lives under our deck in winter.
